Sure, you don't have to take credit cards. Most places do because stupid people don't pay attention to what they're spending when they're not using cash.

But you can have any cash only type business. Car wash, bar, strip club, hot dog cart, usually something small, as bigger things people tend to like using plastic.

My friend is blacksmith he do some special orders for wealthy people like knobs, outdoor lamp's, decorations sometimes something bigger like gates or fances etc. Also going to fairs with his hand made stuff. And as far as I know he is unemployed in law, maybe some kind of permition I dunno, but always takes cash, and smash single moms.
