Fit guys who used to be fat, how much did you weigh and how fast did you get fit? Did it help attract women? Also, what motivated you during difficult times?

I weight 278 at 6’1 when I was 23. I had a desk job, drank like I was still in college, and played video games in the evening. I took TRP and by 24.5, I was down to 220, with visible muscle. I have always carried a good amount of muscle, so I basically just did a long cut. I fucked two fat chicks when I was 23.

Fast forward to now, I am 29 and have double digit bodies since 24. The most important thing to remember is that abs are made in the gym, and so is weight loss. A lot of fucktards work out for an hour, but go and down a large milkshake, or soda afterwords, so for all of the calories that they burned, are replaced. And yes, women love muscles. I wouldn’t want to look like Ronnie Coleman, but they like some muscles.

lost 40 pounds since new years and yes it really helped with attraction but quarantine kinda screwed up my ability to see more results. i’ve also been on nofap so the confidence has increased a lot which also really makes a dude stand out. my motivation when it got tough was to look at myself and tell myself that i’m not going to be a pussy anymore

Long response fair warning:

As someone who was once fat and now “fit” I’ll throw my personal experience in here.

I graduated high school at 240 pounds ( 6’0 if that matters). Obese, depressed, and my body felt like I was an old person all the time. Got my shit together the summer between high school and college. Started focusing on eating right and working out. By the end of my freshman year in college I dropped down to 190! Rough estimate took me like 6 months of real work to lose 50 pounds.

Several years later now I weigh in at the low 180s. I’m by no means fit. But I still have a consistent diet and workout routine. I still have small moobs, love handles, and small stomach. If anything I look like I was skinny and gained some weight now ( so I’ve been told). I also have a baby face but can grow a small beard if that helps lol.

Anyway when it comes to the female game. I joined this sub because it dawned on me I can actually get girls. I never realized I was being hit on or girls liked me until they flat out told out of frustration. I was stuck in the fat guy mentality and it took me time to leave it. I can pull girls a lot more now and have a ton of success pulling girls. Keeping them is still one of the weaknesses. Sometimes I get to interested in a girl and let her become to involved in my life. Which usually ends with me cutting her off or her cutting me off. I also don’t always care to chase a girl and I get annoyed and cut them off or they do the same lol. Honestly I’ve always been more interested in my own things first like education, family, social life, etc before other less important things like girls. So I don’t really let girls get to me all the time. Being fat helped with that cause I never really got girls and just stuck to me and my things.

It’s still weird to have girls want me and be hell bent on my attention. But it’s also a distraction from the other stuff in life. Focus on you first and let the other shit come money, girls, fame. Whatever you want it’s up to you. But focus on you first. Because if you can’t then girls will ruin your life. Not because they want to but cause you let them imo.

Random side note: btw if you lose weight and start attracting girls it’s going to be weird what type want you that usually rejected you. (Had a former cheerleader dm me. She was a dime... but I blew that relationship out of the water before it started lol)
