Trust me its very noticeable. They want to sleep around and "be free" as they say, but trust me when they hit 27 and the baby urges come in they go crazy searching. Go on any Japanese dating app and its full of 27+ year olds. But its too late then as men arent interested. Thats why like 70% of the men in my company are unmarried despite average age being like 33ish and our birth rate is rapidly falling.
