What's up with this whole culture of "dancing is effeminate"

Male dancing is so much more common than you think. And many great men have danced. Ancient and Modern

Whether you are on this side of the political spectrum or that one, you can very much still be a dancer.

But like what's up with this formal culture that disapproves of men dancing?

Here in Los Angeles, that's not a thing at all. We are much more dance-friendly and laid back. Why do so many people in the rest of the US and other countries find it so effeminate and dorky? It's chill.

The lowest slave to the highest kings have danced and many masculine men as well.
