A few years ago I developed an opioid habit and essentially this chemical has changed the way my brain handles sexuality. Because opioids nearly completely in decent doses remove all your sex drive at some point you will find that women do not even cross your mind. I used to think my attraction to women was part desire to have sex part desire for companionship but I realize now that the libido isn’t there the loneliness or need for women isn’t there either. I think that men’s need for women is almost entirely tied to sex drive and we fool ourselves into thinking it is more than that. While I still had a sex drive I was very much a mgtow but I just could not help having that desire to peruse women and reach out for relationships.
DO NOT TAKE THIS AS ME SAYING OPOID ADDICTION IS GOOD. This is probably because the drug has suppressed my test which is obviously bad for a lot of reasons. I still lift and stay in shape but I would imagine any gains I have are very stunted. This means you pretty much are forced to lift if you don’t want to lose muscle mass. Opioids once your body adapts to them are as far as I know very easy to function on and are complexly non toxic hence the medical use. The number one absolute problem with opioids comes into play when you stop taking them. It is essentially not possible for most people to even handle the pain associated with opioid withdrawal. While you can function perfectly while consistently dosing the problems come into play when you run out. Imagine what would happen to women’s roles in society if a large part of the population lost complete interested in having any interaction with them. Not just saying that but still wanting to sleep with them but actually not even noticing them.
It is entirely possible in addiction that the drug is removing your brains programming of associating women with pleasure. Instead that drug replaces the role of women in that it is providing you physical pleasure. This concept is of coarse dangerous because you in concept can end up having a romantic relationship with opioids. After a while you do not feel the orgasm at all. I have not masturbated since the last time I was in withdrawal months ago.
