That said, I especially recommend Esther Villar's "The Manipulated Man"

Followed perhaps by a lot of booze and "The Decline of the West".

Then once everything you know has been destroyed, "Critique of Pure Reason" by Immanuel Kant to get you started rebuilding with a rational toolkit.

IDK if you're ready for it. I for fuck wasn't when I got them. The power of now and a New World from Eckhart Tolle. Those were my biggest revelations in my life. They came before the red pill. Which was my second. Tolle is a total simp IMO. But if you can look beyond that you see the rabbit hole goes much more deeply than you might understand now: feminism, MGTOW, TRP, incel a.s.o. are mere ego patterns...

You should do a Google search on Feminist opinions about MGTOW. I'm serious, it can offer great insight into how women project their subconscious motivations.

But what brings them together is anger over the fact that feminism has liberated women to date whomever they wish and leave marriages that aren’t working. This makes it much harder, in the “men’s rights” misogynist view, for men to acquire or keep the submissive female partners they feel entitled to**.

Breakdown: women want to be sexually free and carefree like men, and if her current marriage can't support her lifestyle, she'll find another man or take government assistance, forget what the children think. It is the woman's objective to turn her sons into soyboys, accumulate beta orbiters and Chads, and make them all submissive by threatening to cry and shame them for being abusive.

The 48 laws of power by Robert Greene. I read about it on this very sub some day and gave it a shot. i think its very practical given the politics everybody deals with. and i want to thank that guy who recommended it.

but a bit of caution. that book can easily make you feel like a woman - a manipulator. you dont have to follow it to the letter but is a nice redpill on how things actually work, and what to expect from any step you take in public eye.

I liked "In The Miso Soup" by Ryu Murakami. It's a thriller. Haven't read a lot of books at all but I liked this one. Gives an insight on the sex industry in Japan.
