Back when I actually dated, I found it was more common than uncommon that women had mental illnesses. Ill be the first to say that I 100% believe mental illnesses are a real issue, and Ive personally delt with them myself. However, I also believe theres two types. Those they are unfortunately a result of something completely uncontrollable (like a traumatic event, genetics, etc) which are the minority. The second, I believe are largely self inflicted. What do I mean by this?

Every single girl that Ive come across, whether Ive dated them or not who has claimed to have some mental illness (some officially diagnosed, some not) share some very common traits.

1) They have a terrible diet and usually do not participate in any exercise or very very little.

2) They never spend anytime outside just enjoying the outdoors unless it's at the beach getting bikini pics for Instagram

3) They spend an ungodly amount of time on social media

4) They have nothing in the way of hobbies. The believe cheap dopamine hits like getting wasted on boxed wine, shopping, and netflix are hobbies.

Anybody else care to add to this?
