Retinoid creams use vitamin A which literally regenerates new skin cells overtime. The results are accumulative. It fixes discoloration, corrects acne, smooths out any fine lines or wrinkles. Yes this is commonly referred to as an 'old lady' cream, but it works for everybody. I say around the age of 22 because this is when some may already have skin damage, and over the age of 25 is when some may develop very fine lines. I'm 29 and haven't been using the creams for long, but i've already begun to notice a difference, and others around me have begun to notice as well. The other day I was ID'd for buying a lottery ticket and that's when it stuck me that the cream actually is working. Right now I use Olay regenerist with SPF during the day and Olay regenerist night cream when i stay at home. Olay retinol creams get good reviews and the jar lasts long in my opinion. If you're a much older guy, I would reccomend also applying the cream to your arms, elbows, hands, and fingers before going to bed as it will also help smooth out the skin in those areas.
