I call bs on this. "sex for rent" should be replaced with "false rape accusations". Landlord in London would coerce tenant into sex, instead of getting some escort (if he is thirsty idiot anyway)? Rise the rent, pay to escort, problem solved!

I am highly suspect this is happening or at least at the level they're suggesting. The NFHA is a typical rent seeking organization that just sues everyone for money and this is likely beating the drum to get money from local governments.

Kick them out and get someone that pays. When she offers, immediately say you are trans, and say you are uncomfortable with sex being used as a form of payment and its illegal.

Here in my country, Tennants and landlord negotiate a way to defer the money until September. Everything is in writing because she could just say I rooted him for four months and then he said I owed rent since March.

First of all this has happened way before this virus with women being the ones to suggest this. But like always, women pretend like it’s men’s fault for accepting or not accepting.

They know when the media makes a story about “a man asked for sex” it’s always “sexist evil Men” and not about “women offer their body in exchange for something free” because that would be “blaming the victim”🤦🏻‍♂️

Even with prostitution there are more and more places who decided to arrest the man and not the woman.

You’ll never hear the headline be “More Women are Selling Themselves For Money”.

It’ll be “Women are Asked to Sell Themselves”🤷‍♂️
