You can go monk mode if you want to. If you don’t want to, make sure to stay protected to avoid unexpected pregnancies. Use a condom. She says she’s on birth control? Still use a condom. Don’t take chances.
Keep in mind that if a divorce happens, you’re likely to lose the battle for custody. Think about if this is what you want. As for being a father without women, you could adopt or go surrogate.
You could find a good woman, but what appears to be a good woman before marriage can turn out to be a bad judgement call after marriage. It’s a risk vs reward. MGTOW finds the reward is minuscule compared to the risk. Compare what you win vs what you can lose.

How should you approach sex:

put penis in vagina with a willing partner. Ok, jokes aside.....dude, no one is demanding anything of you. MGTOW is Men Going Their Own way. What that ultimately means is NOT becoming a work horse for a culture/society that will use/abuse/discard you and ultimately resent you. Approach sex as you previously did. Just be aware of the manipulations/traps set forth. The "I'm on the pill" trap. The "false rape accusations after you don't do exactly what they want" trap. The "sex-bombing you for emotional control" trap. I love it when lurkers/detractors ask why we continuously discuss female nature. We discuss it for guys like you. So that you can understand your lived-experiences and find perspective and understanding. Also, for you to be able to "spring" the trap by just recognizing it. For example, most of the things posted I would NEVER believe if anyone told me. I DON'T believe it, until I click on the link verifying the information. I always think, "they (women) aren't THAT devious & duplicitous". Lo and behold - they PROVE their devious, malicious nature by their actions.

How do you have kids?

Tough one. You can easily get a chic pregnant. Will she verbally and physically abuse you? Will she turn into an entitled princess? Will she get bored of you and find the nearest Chad/Tyrone while you are out with your children? Once she pushes you past your limit, will she allow you to see your children? Once you sign that license and say "I Do" SHE has enormous power ... and power corrupts.
I seriously don't know how to answer that question.

Your last question is actually fair. There are both good/bad between the genders. Good men/Good women. Bad men/bad women. The MAJOR difference is: Men, either good or bad don't get preferential treatment or flat out excused for their horrible behavior. In 2019 alone I counted 7 women that murdered children and received probation. If you can find the gender equivalent, I'd like to see it. I don't advocate that male child murderers receive probation - I only ask that female ones be justly punished.

Sit down with yourself and meditate. Try to get to the "why" of the reason you can't go monk. Don't just simply accept it as an "it is what it is" situation because just to accept it takes away your control and suggests a lack of self mastery. Give yourself some sense of responsibility and agency here, man. A major component of MGTOW is self improvement and mastering yourself is part of that process. You can use red pill knowledge to have all the sex you want and just get it out of your system so that you can finally arrive at the conclusion that sex is overrated and more effort than it's worth. Just remember to not get anyone pregnant and always use a condom. ALWWWAAAAYYYYYSSSS!!!
It's important that you realize male and female sexual market value are inverse based on age. You're 23 and the girls your age have a FAAAAARRR higher SMV than you do. HOWEVER! When you are let's say 40 these same women will have an SMV similar to the SMV you had when you were 12.... Pretty much non-existent i.e. No one will be checking for these girls at that age which is why they'll do whatever it takes to get married before that time comes. When you're 40 (or maybe earlier, rly depends on your discipline and focus) you'll have great looks, great body, great wisdom, and enormous wealth translated to a high SMV. This really all depends on how you choose to spend your youth. Study hard, work hard, exercise, stack up cash and make wise investments 💰💵 so that when 40 comes you're the belle of the ball and you can choose any woman on God's green earth (of any age tho smarter to go young since they're more fertile and more easily instructed) to bear your children. And you'll be so wise and red pill and battle tested that you'll know the correct answer by which to ensure your genetic legacy and still protect the assets you've accrued. Patience, young padawan.
The problem isn't women. The problem is this society. Women are naturally hypergamous and this is an evolutionary trait. This is to ensure the survival of themselves and their children. Which in turn means female hypergamy was meant to ensure the survival of our species by ensuring that no matter what the fittest male was selected for reproduction. Don't look at hypergamy as bad just see it as unavoidable. Religion was meant to instill some sense of virtue into women so that they would remain faithful to one man and a young girl's father was meant to be righteous and instill those values into their daughter. The problem is most women don't have fathers because mate selection is 100% left to the woman herself and when given the choice she chooses a burning trash heap 9 times out of 10 or the father was just simply removed because, well, feminism says this chick is better without him. Even if the girls have fathers they are easily influenced by their thot peers. As difficult as it may seem to grasp, if you choose to at some point "deal" with a woman you must accept her hypergamous nature and protect her from it. That means, she can't have social media and no girl's night out! Doesn't matter what you "believe" her moral compass to look like. Women are chameleons and will tell you whatever you want to hear to get commitment out of you. I hope this helps. MGTOW saves lives.
