Unless it was the boss who knocked her up, it should be unpaid. If she gets health insurance that’s one thing but she has 9 months to save up and that doesn’t include the time that she was trying. All maternity leave should be unpaid.

So I am just going to say it. IQ directly affects job performance. Just because you are smarter is no reason to get upset. Your brain is a weapon use it to your advantage in the work place. I myself like using Women as sock puppets to push my ideas. Who cares if you get the credit get that $ so you can retire. I am 45 and have enough invested that I make 100G a year on interests and made that all working over 15 years and investing. Don't worry about the middle of the game when you get fucked, make your money and get out so you can go your own way. Bitcoin and other opportunitys are all around you. I still even mow lawns because I would rather get paid then pay to work at a gym. If you are smarter like you say it will not be hard to translate that into getting paid.

Females love automation. They love to be able to press a button and everything works out for them. Even then it's not enough.
