I had same same shits going through my mind when I was around 20-23. You just need a dopamine detox. Completly withdraw yourself from short term gratification. Porn, junk food, soda, videogames, social media, television, music. Just activities that will give you gratification after some work done. Read, workout, meditate, cook. Do that for 48 hours n turn the detox into a lifestyle (porn, junk food, soda, videogames, social media) and your life will turn 180 degrees.

Calm down and remind yourself of the fact that you have a roof over your head and dry clothes. Yes, you may TEMPORARILY not earn much, but you are alive and not hungry, as I assume. The bad times will pass.

You have nothing to lose so go out and just randomly make a new friend! Say hi to someone. Volunteer your efforts where you can. It’ll give you a sense of purpose to help out at an animal shelter or orphanage. Help make someone else’s life better. Start strategizing on how to get your business back on track or a new venture. Call up another family member. One who’s younger. Start a relationship.
