Hi ladies, longtime lurker first time poster. I have been seeing a man for a short time (3 dates). He is generally attentive, good at communicating etc. basically the respect I feel I deserve (bolstered by the advice on unacceptable behavior that I see from you fine women) we are taking things slow and have not had sex. We were supposed to see each other tonight after he returned home from visiting family (about 2 hours away). He sent me a text this morning saying that he had a fever and wasn’t feeling well. Since I am near his place with my family, I asked if when he got home if he needed anything (Gatorade soup etc). To let me know. Do you ladies find that “domestic” type activity prior to intimacy changes the dynamic in the early stages of a relationship? Things are going well and I like him as a person and the pace of things so far. I don’t want to muck it up by being “motherly”, but wouldn’t mind being there for him if he needed. Note: not planning on being his wet nurse if he’s going all man cold on me (which I think would be a bit much for this stage) but more for general advice on when that is a good thing.

Tl:dr when are “domestic” activities a positive in a relationship and will that effect our dynamic, which has been fairly equal up until this point?
