You don’t have to do anything sis. You choose it. Society has forced this stupid supportive gender role on women but now that you’re aware of it you don’t have to follow it anymore. Reject any men who don’t love you as you are, PERIOD.

Because men are wired to be toxic by society, and toxic people can never look introspectively, admit that they are the problem and do something about it. They project their negative self image onto others. It is up to you to give it back at them in a queenly fashion.

At the end of the day you do what you want to do, is there a reason why you FEEL the need to do it?

Ask yourself this, Is it worth it? Am i gonna make myself unhappy doing this? if any answers are no, dont feel the need to comply.

You don't have good boundaries, that's why. You're willing to settle for less. You're probably a nice person who wants to make others happy. That's great, you just need some boundaries and some standards and you don't have to settle for relationships where you're a doormat.

I suggest you to read more abouts boundaries. Also, have high standards for the people in your life.
