After being a Pickmeisha for most of my dating history, I found this sub and everything just clicked. I stopped driving hours to go see guys who didn't really care about me. I stopped agonizing over what to cook for them and spending my money and time making it. I stopped begging for attention and my LVM ex actually started treating me better.

Despite my FDS knowledge and questioning myself and the relationship for months, it took him saying that he was still too hung up on a girl from years before to take us seriously to finally allow me to end things with him. Even though throughout the entire relationship he insisted that it was serious, and he "cared deeply about me."

A quick browse through his Twitter tonight has finally confirmed my LVM suspicions (I didn't have it while we were together). During our 6 month relationship, he was constantly retweeting pornographic tweets, tweeting about how 'the loml should really just accept my DM's already', and that when he spring-breaked last year with a group of guy friends, he definitely cheated on his ex and would've cheated on me this year, despite swearing up and down that he had been loyal on that trip/ was always criticizing his cheating friend's behavior.

Ladies. We are worth so much more than this. If anything I described resonates with you, he is NOT high value. If you are with someone who constantly leaves you feeling exhausted, it's not ok. If you feel like you are always fighting for his attention, that's not ok. If he talks about his ex regularly, doesn't let you see his phone for 'privacy reasons,' regularly likes Insta/Twitter model pics, and has friends who cheat and disrespect women, NOT OK.

Men like this are not worth your time, or any woman's time. We as women need to start doing better. We deserve to be treated right, we live in a time where we do not need men in our lives, they are optional. Don't settle just for the sake of being with someone.

Moving forward I am only entertaining men who I feel value me as well as my time, and who only bring value to my life, not retract from it. I hope you ladies do the same.
