Dear MGTOWs,

I feel that I need some guidance in my life so I wanted to talk to you about two interconnected topics: the meaning of life and getting out of the matrix.

Let´s start with the first one. There were two events that made me realise that there is no meaning in life: abandoning religion and discovering MGTOW. On the first one (i.e. religion) I have a lot of arguments but I will not try to convince anyone to become an atheist. On the second one, discovering MGTOW and the society towards we are moving in (the concept of family and moral values have been abandoned) also made me realise that everything is empty and fake, and that there is no point in anything that I do.

This brings us to the second topic. I am quite young. I have studied all my life and after university I have been working on an office job for almost one year. I have a good salary, but I spend 9h a day in front of a screen and my life consists on working during the entire week and when the weekend arrives being to tired to do any self-development. An now I am asking myself, this is it? Am I going to spend the next 40 years spending half of my life in front of a computer with no long-term goal at all (I don´t care about the corporate world where I work, and I am not looking forward to start a family)?

So my questions are, how do you guys find meaning in life (and motivation) without being religious or wanting to start a familly? And, how do you get out of this stupid matrix where we live, condemned to spend half of our lives in front of a screen? Is this really the only way?
