I don't.

Women should be a dessert to your life not the fucking meal. If you are on lockdown, take the L and work on an aspect of your life that needs improvement.

But if you can't manage that then cold approach and ask them out to a covid date where you go the park and Kino and escalate as normal. Just at least try to avoid other humans afterwards as if you had Covid and reset that clock each time you do this.
