I think you should stay at home as long as possible and save as much money as you can. Get a degree in something to get a decent job. Move out when you have at least $20K saved

Stay at home with your parents as long as you can fucking stand them, and then another year on top of that. Save up as much money as you can and concentrate on learning a trade or focusing on a career. Make yourself the number 1 priority. Girls your age are just looking to get their guts pushed in, they don't care if it's in the back seat of your car or in your mommy's basement. Who cares about them anyway. Come up with a plan for yourself to be as high value as you possibly can. Then when you are 22 or 23 and you have all of your shit together and money in the bank and a great job, legs will be spreading for you every where you look.

When I went to college I had an equivalent of 400 USD, and just said f*ck it, and learned a craft alongside collage, and went to a rental apartment and lived there. I declined each penny from my parents, because when you have your own money it is YOURS to spend, and you don't have to explain any cost to anyone.

Its what men do, this imo is an opportunity to see how hard it is to be a working man, and to earn the respect by doing right by you in making your kingdown, slowly.

Was it hard? Yes. A lot.
I had college fro 8-12 hours a day, and I worked on a new craft, for 6-8 hours a day, leaving usually 4 to sleep, but 4 years forward, I'm in that career I worked for, have an amazing pay and got a "brand" of sorts.

Also DO NOT TAKE LOANS, of any sort.

If your environment is toxic I would make a plan try to save up and then move out. Since you are young maybe even get a roommate to help with cost and have a bro to be social with and make moves. I always think the sooner you can move out the sooner you can make growth on your own. Obviously you want to do this as safe as possible so act accordingly and weigh pros and cons.

Live with your parents and spend the next few years saving/personal development - you can always get ass, you can’t always get free rent. you’re in prime position to improve so play your position, use it to your advantage:

I’d pick up another part time job personally so that way you can make more money
Get a years SALARY saved in a bank account as an emergency fund, or I choose 12k as a reasonable goal + 1k cash on hand + 1k in bonds and 1k in precious metals Incase SHTF
Open up a Roth IRA account and max it; $5,500 a year or $120 a week until its maxed out. I’d do a 95% aggressive portfolio on an app like betterment; also if either company offers a 401k open up a Roth 401k index fund and contribute the Max to get the company match; so if its a 100% match to 5% then do it
Anything else goes to a high interest savings account online,

This is a bit more advanced but I’d get into real estate: your goal is to get a rental property to generate cash-flow; you’ll need at minimum 20% down and 10% cash on hand, so I’d save at least $30,000 that way you can; but do your research before buying anything
