So You should be going on dates once a week, texting just for logistics in the middle of the week, and then text her the day of the date.

If you like this girl, and i mean who she is as a person, then understand she wasn't born to complete, heal, fix, or give to you. She has her own destiny and until you recognize what SHE needs, and make yourself the person who acknowledge everything she is on her own... you will not get to the point when your needs are her focus. You next step is to not take a romantic leap but to humanize her by offering friendship. Figure out where and what you can bring to as a friend - with no expectation in return. Relationships are built on what we bring into someones life. The less you need from her, the more she will take interest in you. Society tells guys that women are the exclusive outlet for our emotional needs, acceptance and happiness.... but no one can handle that task and its something we must learn to do for ourselves. When you know you are awesome friend, boyfriend, partner to someone else, you'll find happiness and self worth in you. And others will see that, and want to be closer to it and you. Work on yourself, and they will come to you.

Ps... Don't play games about waiting or etc. Call if you feel compelled to tell her shes awesome, and leave it that. Get it out of the way, and then move on. Everyone wants to hear that quick but for it not to get deep into sap.
