Clues that tell you a woman is a mother?

Suppose you are on a date. Can you tell a woman is a mother without her explicitly saying so?

I once learned from googling a girl's name that she is a single mother, she hadn't told me. I wonder whether there are physical and behavioral changes that give you a clue that some female has already given birth to a child.
