I have some (little muscle). Can bench close to my bodyweight... and a couple of chinups. The rest of my bulk comes from fat. I'm afraid of slimming down because it will show just how weak I am really... even though I know that low body fat is needed for an attractive look.
I weigh 175 lbs approx, 6'1. I'm not even fat, but skinny fat with some muscle. Normal people think I look athletic.
How do I move out of this mentality? I don't want to be, what looks from my perspective, a weak and skinny boy... even though logically I should see it. Objectively I'm not even that strong, steadily gaining numbers on linear progression however.
Looking for advice on getting my head set straight. Thank you.
