Yes I'd like the chicken Alfredo. Women like direct communication, also known as speaking your mind. Also, water is wet. If you've read a million posts about covert communication then you'd know how redundant this video is. So I call bullshit on that.

When are you kids going to learn that watching youtube and dissecting everything down to the smallest particle is NOT a substitute for the real world and real experiences. You can research things to death, and the fact you mention seduction (a decade old played out strategy to help clueless nerds get laid), tells me you're clueless.

The difference between overt and covert communications, in this instance, is about what is communicated overtly and covertly.

Speaking plainly (overtly) for example, communicates not just your statement, but your assertiveness as a man (covert). That's the challenge of understanding what "power talk" really is.

Example: "Do you want to fuck me?" expresses your interest (overt), but makes you look like a pussy who can't get what he wants because he has to ask for it (covert). Being more direct, "I'm going to fuck you until you can't walk properly," expresses your desire (overt), but also expresses a sort of dominance that indicates you aren't afraid to take what you want (covert).

Granted, the situation will vary what language needs to be used and when, and only experience will help you decipher that.

Covert and overt also refer to the type of SzPD you have. I've been diagnosed with covert SzPD, meaning that I put on a "mask" around others. Overt SzPD is when you clearly show that you can't express anything.
