Yeah probably shopped. There is no trace of a thread with that question being over 2 years ago (as in the screenshot).

There are however other threads on that sub, wherein women admit to "0" or "1", often around 30-60 and some above 100. However, no woman forgets to hamster her high number being due to Indepence/Strong woman/high libido/whatever.
