Toddlers, kids and teens are fucking annoying and miserable to be around. I just went swimming with my sister, brother in law and they’re two year old son, and holy shit I’m drained.

well, to be honest, kids are a great thing......if you care for it well, a.k.a instill the lost art of common decency, discipline and how to behave in public.

the reason why kids are complete brats and cry about everything is because nobody, not even their parents teach them how to behave, or punish them for not behaving. it always go down by "awww they just kids....bless their hearts lovelovelove". That's why most of them don't mature past their kids phase, just look at the libs, exactly like kids, crying, whining and tamper-tantruming, destroying everything until their demands are met.

I do have my own views. Unlike you my thoughts about children in general tend to be more favorable. Although I'll say and judging by all the times I was made into a nanny by women, two and three year old are basically tyrannical little assholes. And that's not just me. Ask any father. I think mostly it's because that transition from helpless baby to a child that can at least wipe his own ass. And I can't be too harsh in that sense.

Now I think the big deal is that for one, I think we do underestimate toddlers. They're definitely smarter than we give them credit. It's that transition part where they learn that they've got brains and emotions and they can use them to get what they want. Now in other times, with a firm hand, by the time they reach 4, most kids get over it and realize they're not the boss. But we live in an era where kids are so special and they get what they want. And in this one I blame the parents.

Now teens, that's another story. Adolescence is another transition period from going from childhood to adulthood. Except that I'll say it openly, TEENS👏ARE👏NOT👏 CHILDREN! Not quite adults, but they're definitely more conscious beings, unlike toddlers.
