If what you're trying to argue is that trans people have it "all in their head", this would seem to point otherwise. Of course, I'm sure that at some point, you may have seen or heard that people identify as random genders just for attention, social status withing their feminist or sjw group, or some other reason. These people are the reason why other people might think to dismiss all the weird gender stuff as non-sense.

From personal experience at my university, I saw this in action. I'm gay and my friend dragged (heh) me to the lgbtq center at my university there. I met some pretty cool people there who were legit trans and eventually completely transitioned. I also met some people who would learn about a new gender label and suddenly identify as that. Needless to say, everyone who was cool there swiftly started not going back because of the cesspool of gender studies conversations, or activism stuff, or for some reason, trying to get the lgbtq people to go out and fight for woman's rights (shit, we got our own problems to worry about).

tl;dr Some people are legitimately trans, but a lot of sjw and feminist might lie about it for their own gain.
