I know this is an old post but I can't help but say this:

SERIOUSLY?! Tampons should be free like toothbrushes, clothes, shoes, soap, and food should be free! If they're so goddamn important then just fucking buy them! As a man, I don't fucking complain when I have to go buy toothpaste; I go buy some! You know what? Everyone needs a house, right? Why don't we just give them out for free too? I have trouble seeing how anyone's logic could be so flawed. Jesus Christ, I'm glad I got that out of my system.

I dunno about you, but I've never ever met a girl who's taken days off school/work because of their period.
