This is life on hard mode. The only way to do this is to find a woman that was raised traditional and has had 1-2 partner max before you. Then it can work out if both your families support the marriage. Anything other will result in misery or divorce given.enough time. Understanding the Male/ female relationship is crucial: she has to act like a woman and you like a man. Most men these days are left wing liberal pussies. Most women bang everything they can up to 30. You can see why it is difficult to have a LTR and kids. You can get kids easily but giving your kids a normal family requires some planning.

I'm not a father but both my brothers 10 years older than me have kids and I can clearly see what they are doing right and wrong. One got a Tinder chick pregnant and is in aLTR with her because he knows how important a couple is for a kid growing up but other than that he's not very committed to himself or the kid. The other is a smart dude with two kids. His LTR was with him 8 years before he decided to have kids with her. Both divorced beforehand so they knew what they were getting into and knew they were both in it more for the kids when they decided to remarry and have them. What I'm trying to say is be an inteligente person and you'll have good kids. Literally start reading books on parenting now. There's scitific information on developmental psychology and I would recommend child led weaning.

Whatever you read take it from a TRP standpoint, a lot of information on raising kids is coming from emotional opinions. Look at successful people and look up interviews on what their parents did. The start of The Compound Effect has a good anecdote on a TRP dad who was doing something right.

Lead by example, show the kids the values of hard work and don't spoil them.

Be stoic and give discipline when needed

Make time with them a priority. Give them structure and goals, listen to them, play with them, trust your instincts, don't hesitate to tell them to knock shit off and go stand in the corner if they're being annoying or disrespectful.

Make sure they do their chores, validate them for doing it.

Nobody is ever ready to be a parent. You have to learn from experience and trust your instincts like everyone else.
