In his most recent podcast, Owen speaks on maximizing use of Instagram and essentially running it as a business for lays and dates. My game primarily consists of Tinder matches, escalate to Snapchat, then to a date. In the recent podcast, Owen throws out some key points for social media, like don't take selfies with girls or celebrities because that automatically puts you in "fan" category, Max talks about having pictures that match certain criteria, like a gym post, a hustle post, a club post, all for social proof; Owen goes really into detail with how he escalates from a cold approach to getting her instagram, and Max and Owen both talk about how they get the girl at the club or wherever to "take over" their social, whether it be on Snapchat or Instagram stories, all in the sport of giving feelings of comfort and desire to the potential dates that are viewing the story.

These guys are maximizing their use of Instagram stories for the curated profile, and I seem to be missing out because I use Snapchat when communicating with plates. I have about 400 followers, I follow about 1000 people. My posts consist of everything from motorcycles to graduation to the gym to friends. I don't believe my content is lacking, but my generation of viewers and my own "marketing" is.

What does "social media game" mean to you, and how have you used it to your benefit?
