Before anyone else compares this to abortion, the politician made this specifically as a counter to anti abortion legislature, and I highly doubt she intended it to pass. However, no matter your opinion on abortion, this is pretty unintelligent as if you need to criminalize masturbation you by the same logic have to criminalize woman's periods, which would pretty much put most woman in America in jail.
