Hey guys, little backstory first.

I discovered RP three years ago and after a year of reading etc. I went to an amazing date, fall in love, let the girl live with me, paid for everything, etc. After 1,5 years I came back to RP, and after reading some stuff, I decided that I won't put up with her sh*t anymore and we split ways.

My problem is I can't control the rage I have over how stupid I was to let her disrespect me, treated me like a sh*t, ignoring her beta orbiter friends, etc. I event send her SMS to let her know that she fucked up etc.

Any advice on how to deal with this would be appreciated.
