Very true. Women are more emotional, and so they are better at using emotion -- which is how they manipulate. People usually think of the obvious versions, like crying or guilt-induction, but it can be a lot more subtle than that, just a look. I don't think it's something they consciously devise. I think it's instinctive and nearly subconscious.

Women are also more verbal and talkative. So that, too, leads to being more socially facile and able to manipulate situations to their advantage.

Men tend to be pretty literal and fact-oriented, so a lot of this stuff goes right past them, undetected (but not unfelt). They end up manipulated, and they probably sense that they've been manipulated somehow, but they can't untangle it.

p.s. I'll tell you a clue. Whenever you feel as if your response options are being narrowed, suspect that you are being emotionally manipulated. Whenever you feel that something a woman is saying is "pulling" for a particular response from you, suspect that you are being manipulated. At that point, give a non-committal response to buy yourself time: "uh huh" or "I see" or something neutral. Then use the time to try to figure out how she's manipulating/controlling you -- what response she is trying to squeeze you into, and why.

It can get tricky. It's hard to think through in the moment sometimes.

Often times women will be the physical aggressors though because they operate under the assumption that a man wouldn't dare to hit them back. It's pretty rare that I worry about a man getting physical because we both know it's probably not worth it to beat the shit out of each other, but women are far more dangerous imo

Social skills? From my extensive dating experience, most women have social skills of a tree stump. Pussy is their main tool for survival. Their mindgames are nothing more than spoiled children not knowing what they want, men just buy into it because they want to get laid.

Women may have the edge on the average, but i get the impression that when a guy plays those game good he does it way better. May be a result of actually having to activly figure it out. A lot of those on top of the finance world has a tendency to be socially capable.

Men are honest and trusting to a fault. I remember being a teen and listening to girls complaining about how abusive or shitty their bf's were. It wasn't until I was older that I realized most of the stories were grossly exaggerated or outright lies they fabricated. Growing up as a man means coming to terms with the fact that women aren't what everyone made them out to be.
