It really doesn’t mean anything. All my friends see my story, even the ones I’ve never spoken to. I always view people’s stories too.

Meanwhile if you view their stories, they subconsciously think you're in their frame and orbiting them

curiosity in what you do, you can idk maybe ask. “sick snap, huh?” yeah in that story i was xxx with xxx and so and so. you know what next saturday there’s an opening for that event. you’re definitely gonna try it now. i’ll pick you up around xxx time. it’s a date!” ALWAYS push till you get a no! then you know your answer and move on or move in

I don't have Snapchat, but I use stories on other platforms (FB). I myself don't post a lot, but I watch what others post.

After you have seen anything new (blue circled people), FB will automatically recycle old stories until you saw them all. That means that, if absent minded, it's possible to see someone's story again and again.

Also there are people like me that have OCD and hate having unopened messages, including stories. As such, I probably give myself 3-4 views to each story someone I am friends with posts.

TLDR: you wouldn't have time to overthink this if you LIFT.
