Why the fuck does this keep happening to me? What am I doing wrong?

I lift and i look way better than i did before. I dress very well and get IOI's constantly.

Opened a group of three, so well even I was surprised how much they enjoyed my company and didn't want me to leave. One chick was extra into me, but they were her co workers so taking her with me the same night, didn't seem an option. We exchanged phone numbers and she was very excited.

Next day, I call her up. She is super excited about me calling. Conversation is short, I tell her lets meet up in the evening. She says that has some work event organizing to do and isn't sure when she'll be free. Offers the next day. I say that I am leaving on a vacation tomorrow evening, so not sure about the daytime(she offered). She said, sure, in that case, let's try to do it in the evening and let's keep in touch. I said fine.

7pm, i decide to text her, due to logistics - just askin where should I pick her up?

She leaves it on read and no answer.

So I know, the main problem is that I don't have many other options and that's why I am so butthurt, which is true. But at the same time, I need to learn what am I doing wrong here. Maybe she'll call me back later saying how sorry she is and busy she was that couldn't even reply.

What is the main reason for this things happening? SMV? With her I used Mark manson's "vulnerabilty" honest approach and it went great. But endedd up like this.
