So here it is. I'm 20 years old and I am a virgin beta male. I'm an incredibly anxious high strung individual, and I always fear what others may be thinking of me. Girls intimidate me and make me feel less than if they're attractive and I freeze up. Basically, I'm asking how to become an alpha red pilled male. I already have my beliefs that society is fucked. I've read and heard that I should make girls crave my attention. Truth be told, I can logically know it's the right thing to do, but I just haven't found a way to magically flip a switch to where I can do that. I really want to be a man who's less insecure, doesn't crave female attention even if they treat me like shit.
