I'm gonna tell you the same thing one of my mentors told me when I was in a similar situation.

She's not coming back. And even if she does end up coming back it will never be the same, and she will never be the same. Feel the pain and let it go. I know now it feels like your life is over, but it's not. It's going to hurt like hell, and then one day, it won't. Go to your room, lock the door, cry as much as you need, and then leave her where she belongs, in the past.

You're not the only one thinking these thoughts. We were both (all) manipulated, lied to, and probably like me (us) were libeled so this chick could save face.

What sucks the most is knowing that they think their games, their attitude, their behavior is anywhere close to being acceptable. They believe they're the victim but not the abuser. They feel joy in our torment. They get off on it.

All you can do is embrace the suck of these situations, know that shit won't change, but know you can change. You can endure. You can take the vileness of this garbage society, bare burdens and keep pressing forward with your purchase and your will. Accept the heartache, embrace the trauma, and use it as fuel to keep moving forward.

It's gonna hurt for awhile just soak in it try taking a few minutes a day and just think about it get it all out then move on with your day it might minimize the thought from throughout the day to just the time you set. You'll get there.

I used to hate when people said this but it’s true “it’ll pass”.

Think of all the stuff you didn’t like about her. She isn’t perfect and never was. She’s a horrible person if she led you on and you need to move on. Find a tv show or film franchise to watch and dig in it.
