If your life is a 100% and every year represents 1%. You lost your 2% and forgot about the other 21% while you on this Earth. I call that weak. If you need help then talk to some1 you are close to and set a goal. Most men get attached to women because of habit. You only need a month to break any habit but you have to practice that. And find a new habit and replace her. Some useful habits like sport, read, music, video games or martial arts. And ask this question yourself: Whatever you do think or say, matters that much to others? I guess not, then why would you care about her at all.

And think about the 21%, what did those take to bring you to that 21 years old. Family love? Good memories with friends, family, or on your own? She is only 2% of your life she can't take that much out of everything. You overlooked the whole picture here. And as with withdrawal symptom, you are forgetting about something: you paid 50% too, you bought gifts too, you are making money too, why look down on your own that much? Think about what did you do, not about what did she do. You value her contribution yes? What about her, does she care? (hint she doesn't thats why she left).

Red Pill philosophy is a process and takes time to calibrate. I'm almost 2 years into this and still have trouble from time to time.

My ex was the same way. Thought she was a saint and totally in love with each other and then poof all of a sudden shes fucking someone else. 4 years totally disintergrated in a instance.
