Leave her on read, anything else you say to her will either come off as butthurt (calling her out on her bullshit) or supplicating (Ok no worries, let me know!).

No reply is always the best reply. Let her mind do the work. If she doesn’t come back and eventually offer to hang, she wasn’t interested and just wanted your attention.
