You don't have to give a reason why you want to meet tomorrow. Just say "I want to meet tomorrow".

Her: That sounds lovely! But I unfortunately can't tomorrow :/ (She didn't suggest another day so I had my suspicions that she might not be that interested.)

So you did a quick transition from Tinder to a Text app which is good.

The meeting, don't give them to much time to think. A logical person would plan something a day or two in advance but women are not logical. Strike while the iron is hot. Between 1pm and 4pm text. "Lets hang out tonight" depending on how you feel the venue could be bar, Starbucks or your place. just my 2 cents. mix it up to you get the right formula. but keep it simple.

This is just my opinion and I’m unsure if others will share the same, but man honestly at this point I’m so uninterested in pursuing a girl with little to no interest that doesn’t try to put any effort in. If you’ve already asked her to check her times and days and she’s said nothing, I’d just move on personally. It depends on I suppose how bad you wanna fuck. If she’s bad and you want to try, by all means go for it and maybe it’ll turn out for you but personally I find my time to be more valuable than that. Best of luck king

Edit: I noticed as well you went for the snap instead of the number. Any girl I’m taking seriously, I’m getting the number. In my personal experience, getting her snap just puts you into the follower category rather than a leader. If she’s unwilling to give the number, she’s seeking attention and should be dropped.

Of course, I assume. She may have a good reason but none the less her actions tell us that she is avoiding setting up a date at an alternative time.
