Don't be so concerned with labels. If you are curious what is wrong and have some time, ask. If you don't care and are busy, don't ask. Seriously, fuck doing or not doing anything because of what label you MIGHT obtain from it.

Let me better interpret what I meant: I didn't want to create the IDEA of that label in my head. I wasn't worried about her opinion, I was worried about my opinion of myself. I didn't want to reinforce negative past behaviors that have lead me to this subreddit in the first place. We are humans, we're all susceptible to judging ourselves, this affects our self esteem and its something I am not ashamed to say I am working on

Labels are good at first to catch yourself behaving in ways you want to change.

Yeah, once you make it - phuck it! Do what you want! Until then, indexing one's negative habits in order to recognize, and ultimately stop doing, them is a very good learning technique.
