I'm working in this town where I don't know anyone, besides one of my coworker. We manage a restaurant together. She isn't my boss, but everytime i move here, she arranges eveything for me. Accommodation and all.

I work 3 weeks a month. We became good friends. We laugh a lot at work, go out before work somewhere else to grab lunch and all. No sexual tension.

Recently she started getting upset at me, just like if she is my LTR.

She texted me on our day off in the evening to join her for a coffee, I said no, cuz im sleepy. Later she texted me something and i replied. And she goes passive aggressive on me "oh i thought you were sleepy". I ignored it. Next day, i told her to join me for dinner. She said no thanks. I said thats totally fine and she goes "yep i know, cuz you dony really care".

I understand she is into me and i am not into her, due to her personality and bad habits(drugs).

I don't wanna lose my job, cause she is closer to restaurant owner than i am. I don't wanna bang her, neither have nosy coworker that i have to work and interact with everyday.

What should I do?
