It’s a thing I haven’t fully grasped yet, it’s just so hard for me to DARE not DEER, and being affirmative. My niceguy personality always takes over. Where do I draw the line in being nice. It’s stuff I’m conscious about at a shitty temp job right now and honestly made me rage inside, but I’m starting an important internship in sept. I can easily say no, but I always want to explain why, how do I stop that behavior of explaining constantly? Even when denying something, I just explain without a thought. Is it healthy to explain in work environments/to general people? And I’m mostly not talking about women here, I just want to shape myself into that person that doesn’t constantly explain for everything and instead can DARE it depending on the situation.
