Is it normal for an "alpha" man to hit you in the head to discipline you because you're a retard?

He's been disciplining this way because I always mess up and is scattered. I have to admit I'm a retard in order to better, he said. And do military men discipline that way too? He says it's like that. Smacking the head of their wives or gf in order to be listened? Maybe the head is the best part to hit because it leaves no bruises. I get headaches the next day. I fear everyday that I will mess up. I don't want to leave because I need a work opportunity. In a way he is doing this because I do need to be disciplined, that I listen, that I don't say anything that shows he is wrong. I get hit in the head a lot of times. I do want to be mature, really to be responsible. Maybe it will help. But yes im a retard because im anxious, i fear to mess up and i don't ask for help.
