There is a very strong correlation between socio-economic class and nice teeth. Teeth are naturally slightly yellow and crooked, nobody is born with perfect teeth. Most kids in middle and higher classes have orthodontics and other dental treatments to make their teeth nice. It is not cheap. This stuff is non-essential for health, so poor people can't afford or choose not to get it for their kids.

So girls (and guys) with bad teeth are far more likely to come from poor backgrounds, single mother households, etc. They are more likely to do drugs (which is correlated with promiscuous behavior). They are more likely to use sex to acquire money, favors, and other resources. And they are more likely to "need" a guy in their life because of their situation (more crime in poor areas, single parent household means home is far more lonely, no money means needing a safety net from significant other, etc).
