If that's not a working choice, my go to has been reserving a spot at a brewery. Covid precautions just ramped up again in my area so reservations are basically a must do now.

Suggest a bar "If they were open" then suggest grabbing a bottle of wine and going to the park/ somewhere else. her place or yours, etc.

Do you have outdoor seating allowed around you? Another solid alternative.
