My brother is 24 and 4 years older than me and he’s immature as hell. He always needs to get in the last word, always talks about how great he is and minimize any of my achievement if I slightly criticize him. For example, he got into lifting. Great I’m happy for him. I’ve been lifting for sometime now so we workout together. He asks me questions about lifting and if he doesn’t like the answer he says I’m wrong and gives the most ignorant answer to get the last word in.

For example, he will ask me how many sets and reps I do. I told him that I do 4 exercises, 3 sets for each exercise and 12 reps per set. I also told him to get most out of your gains I try to do muscle to mind connection and do 4-6 seconds for each rep.

He’s the type to think that you can go from 28bmi to shredded and lean in two months. He always wants to take the short cut. He said he’s gonna lose 30-40 pounds in two months and gain lots of muscle. Since he likes taking the shortcut, he also barely eats and checks scale 10 times a day to see if he lost any weight.

Anyways, whenever he doesn’t like the answer, he starts talking shit and saying that I’m a loser because I’m not at my peak yet. I’m also a loser for only losing 50 pounds in 6 months.

It’s gotten to the point where I just want to slap the shit out of him. If I talk about girls, he has to one up me and tell me fucked more girls. It’s so tiring cuz he’s like that every time and my mom gets upset if we don’t keep good relations.
