Would you preffer fot your LTR/wife to be a stay at home mom/housewife or to be buisness/carreer orientet and why?

I like that my wife stays home and makes that her priority. We have three kids and one of them still a baby. If she worked, we would need a nanny, child care, someone to pickup and drop off for school. The only way this is beneficial is if she were making close to $100k USD and I make the same or more. We're in a low cost of living State and bought the cheapest home in the neighborhood six years ago.

I might send her off to work when kids are older and more independent so we can earn a little extra income. But for now we are making it work even though we don't have luxury items or take extravagant vacations, et cetera.

Kind of neither.

My actual LTR is extremely bright, and went to a great college. She has a big inheritance headed her way, and her career field is somewhat non-competitive but she's headed towards the top of it. It's a passion for her, and she'll make like 80k-90k doing that. Government job so it's predictable. I really like that, that she likes what she does and knows a lot about it.

I don't want somebody who contributes nothing. That signals all sorts of bad shit about a woman. Likewise I don't want a career woman. That's the type of woman who fucks her boss for a raise. I feel like my LTR has struck a really nice balance (obviously aided by family money). So, if I wasn't with her specifically, something similar to that would still be the ideal.
