To summaries this episode:

Amy and Jake receives a case with 2 sides of a story.

The story supposedly shows that a women assaulted a man for no reason, and somehow the women got offered money while the man did not.

Amy went biased and went on the women's side, ignoring all the other factors: The man could be innocent, even if not, the women's already getting compensated.

The episode also makes fun of Seth getting assaulted on his penis, which could be very serious.

When Rosa said she's a realist, she again only thought about the women's issues, no "what if the guy's innocent?".

Amy called the birthday man a feminists for simply telling them the truth, implying that non-feminists have bad morals.

The episode ends with yet, another women reporting a case of assault.

Debatably, even if Seth was assaulting the women, the women didn't had to break his penis, in that state she could have just pushed him away.

The harassments Amy received in that montage was nowhere as bad as Gina harassing Terry, yet the latter is supposedly a joke

This episode is basically an example of feminazi, with Rosa and Amy being biased officers who would probably prosecute an innocent man on a single accusation alone if they had the power to do it.
