Either sever psychological distress or biological function. Either way get that fixed before thinking about relationships.

Any clues as to what may be causing this? I'd recommend comprehensive blood tests and maybe seeing a licensed psychologist- even if the cause of ED is not psychological. A good therapist will be able to help you feel better with yourself.
