The real irony is that leftism is actually its own religion.

Instead of worshipping god, leftism worships themselves. "We exist, therefore we deserve everything handed to us on a silver platter."

The seven deadly sins are now "white, straight, male, cisgender, Christian, capitalist, republican".

The seven heavenly virtues are "female, black, muslim, transgender, poor, socialist, democrat."

The woke left crowd deplatforming and censoring everyone to the right of Karl Marx, often resorting to violence. This is the modern day spanish inquisition.

Woke left stealing and taxing money from everyone else, the blacks' incessant calls for reparations, the communists declaring that they need to seize the means of production, etc. These are the modern day crusades.

Put it this way. People are really fucking stupid, from the beginning of humanity to current year, and will continue to be really fucking stupid. Originally they gravitated to typical religions like Christianity as it's an easy way to explain things in life and was the perfect coping mechanism. Why did the earthquake happen? It's a lot harder to learn about plate tectonics and nearby volcanic activity and all that scientific shit, it's a lot easier to say "because of God". (Also, the science to explain such a thing wasn't even available until modern times, which made Christianity and the "muh God" excuse that much more enticing). Why did we lose the war? It's a lot harder to accept the fact that you had fewer forces, were underprepared, had inferior tactics, etc., it's a lot easier to say "because of God" as the coping mechanism.

But just because people are moving away from Christianity does not mean that people suddenly got smarter. They still have to follow some kind of easy doctrine, and so people gravitate to communism and leftism. "Why are black people poor?" It's a lot harder to learn about the dangers of welfare dependence, single motherhood, etc., it's a lot easier to say "because of systemic racism". "Why did our state turn into a massive shithole?" It's a lot harder to accept the fact that communism doesn't work, or that rich people are not magically evil just because they have a lot of money, it's a lot easier to say "muh patriarchy, muh late stage capitalism, etc." as the coping mechanism.

Worst part is belief in God is a position that is not illogical yet their claims ARE illogical and easily disprovable. For example, it is completely plausible there is a creator who made us and exists outside this universe as an answer to why we exist, physically proving it with science would be impossible because well they'd exist beyond the scope of scientific laws so it's all down to philosophical arguments for and against. One can logically take either position (or none). It's no more logically inconsistent than say believe in multiple universes

However their shit is completely easy to prove. Astrology? That would exist within the laws of science and is scientifically testable, and yes there is no data backing it whatsoever. The whole biological sex and gender are different shit? That is literally a claim that has no proof whatsoever however once again is scientifically testable as it exists within the physical realm.

They literally claim things that are scientifically testable yet not scientifically proven to be innate truths but then go around and state a philosophically completely logical and valid position is ludicrous. Fucking meme gender.
