Also posibly Greece, very nice place, sea is beautiful.

if UK... watch YT channel called something like "Small Farmer Life" he teaches people to buy small plot of agri land and do specialist farming. You only need an acre (approx £25k) + some extra for investment - £200k is more than enough

You can teach English overseas and earn more than some locals do, and yes you can retire on that but it would be cutting it close a little and might be fine while you're health and young
